Understanding the optimal usage period is crucial for maximizing product efficacy. The Period After Opening (PAO) is the duration during which a product maintains its highest efficacy and stability after being opened. Single-use products, designed for immediate application after opening, do not have a PAO. For all other Awalab products, the PAO typically ranges from 6 to 8 months. Look for the PAO information within the open-jar symbol on the packaging. For masks, you are supposed to use the products immediately after opening.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Upon receiving your return shipment, we will promptly refund your purchase. Please note that returns without an official return authorization will not be accepted by our warehouse.
